A Musical Birthday Extravaganza … in London

There is no secret that I love musical theater. I first fell in love with musical theater the very first time I saw Miss Saigon in New York City back in 1994. I can't even really begin to count the number of shows that I've seen, which include: Phantom of the Opera, the Lion King, Wicked, Rent, Miss Saigon, etc.

I surprisingly came home from Tanzania with more money than I expected. Knowing the my birthday was coming up in a couple of weeks and that I rarely ever do anything for my birthday I started to plot what I thought I might do. At first I thought I'd fly to Chicago and see a show there .... and then I thought bigger, New York City. After all, there are way more choices there. Then, the night before Halloween I came to the conclusion that I was going to do something even more epic. I was going to fly to London to see Wicked again ... and a couple of other shows.

Well, my "couple" of other shows has turned into an entire week of Musical Theater. Planned so far I have:
